Talena Davis salon owner of Shear Radiance is a licensed cosmetologist with over 15 years of experience. She is a master creative stylist with many talents including dry cutting specialist , certified master colorist, certified in Brazilian blowout and thermafuse smoothing treatments, certified makeup artist and Updo specialist. She is known as the “hair master” from everyday style, updos and makeovers. Talena Provides an expertise in creating your vision. She has a natural rapport with Cilent’s and always listens to what you want. Talena’s work has been published in Merrimack valley magazine. Talena also did Game day Patriots cheerleaders makeup for the 2007 season, along with styling for various local fashion shows and photoshoots. Her creative vision and passion are what sets her apart from the rest. Talena believes in the importance of continuing education and strives to stay at the forefront of the industry with her knowledge of new products and services. Her talents don’t stop there having a hand in interior design she has created a space at Shear Radiance that is charming And quint making you feel right home.

Nichole has always had a love for the beauty industry. After a successful business career with a high profile job in Los Angeles running worldwide operations for Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen and working in financial management for clients including Jim Carey, Jennifer Lopez, Quentin Tarantino, Samuel Jackson and more, she still felt something missing and wanted to pursue her dream of a career in the beauty industry. Her entrepreneurial spirit and marketing skills set her apart from the rest. Nichole is a licensed cosmetologist, trained in ID Hair color, certified in Brazilian blowout, trained in Socap hair extensions, updo specialist and Director/Stylist for Color Street Nail Polish. Nichole possesses true artist vision and shows impeccable attention to every detail. She strives to keep up with the latest techniques and most desirable trends. Nichole loves all things that sparkle and her personality truly shines in her work.

Tricia Fanning is a stylist with a love of people and the beauty industry. With over 35 years of experience, Tricia is a master at her craft, performing precision hair cutting, coloring and perming. She Also spends time every week going to the nursing homes and providing services for those who can’t get out and about. Tricia has an amazing personality and a big heart.

Grace Marie
is a true lover of all things beautiful and peaceful and tries her best to reflect her love of people and arts in all that she does. She has been educated and continues to study by and with the very best industry leaders in the makeup, hair, writing, painting, and healing arts. Grace is a licensed Cosmetologist, certified Reiki Master/Teacher, and Owner of GraceMarie Beauty. She has practiced and taught fine, performing, beauty and healing arts for nearly three decades and is happiest when she has a brush in her hands. Grace considers every face she sees "a celebrity face", and is at her best when she's drawing out the best in others.
Katie Mazzeo
Katie grew up on Cape Ann and worked in the wedding and special events industry for years as an event coordinator/manager. She loved planning and executing these most joyous occasions for people and their families. She shifted her focus a few years ago toward helping people to be healthy, fit and strong as an RYT-200 Power Yoga Teacher, TotalBarre instructor and a Team Beachbody coach. Realizing she missed the energy of weddings and special events, she found a way to combine the things she loves by becoming a certified makeup artist. Now she is able to combine her desire to help people feel their inner beauty and strength on their most special days. She is thrilled to be a part of the team at Shear Radiance and can’t wait to make you glow from the inside out.
